Both lovers of nature and being outdoors, Katie and Andy wanted their Scottish wedding to have a really natural feel. It was also really important to them that all their guests were relaxed and that the venue they chose could accommodate everyone they wanted to invite - including their four legged fur-babies!Read more...

Valerie and Brian met when she was 18 and he was 23. Brian worked at a skate shop and they would routinely hang out talking about alternative ideologies and hardcore music, never thinking that their paths would cross again. Fast forward a few years and they reconnected via OKCupid and decided to meet up! "In typical Jersey Shore fashion, we met for a late night cup of coffee at a diner, and a stroll on the boardwalk; the rest is history", said Valerie.Read more...

Dianna and Nathan are big fans of Lord of the Rings, but aren't fans of being the centre of attention. They decided that an elopement (from one hemisphere to the other!) and a ceremony held in The Shire-esque Puck's Glen in Scotland was the perfect solution, especially as a forest location was high on the wish list for their day.Read more...

After being in a relationship for five years (three and a half of which were long distance!) Haylea and Justin bought their first house together in November 2016. The day they closed the sale Justin proposed in the empty dining room of their new home. They wanted their wedding to be non-traditional, like their relationship, so they decided to elope and were inspired by old school Vegas vibes.Read more...

Amanda and Edward’s wedding was 1920s art deco themed with a gothic twist! They had three separate venues so their guests could walk about and experience the beauty of York, but they wanted their reception to be intimate and have a Peaky Blinders family gathering kind of vibe. They had a small room with dimly lit with candles for their 30 guests.Read more...

I was trying to figure out how to best start 2018 with a BANG, wondering what would be the perfect post that would start as we mean to go on for the year ahead... And then I laid eyes on Suzi and Ivan's fantasy, fairytale and UNICORN THEMED WEDDING and the decision was basically made for me. This has to be one of the coolest weddings I've seen in a long time! They got tattoos, the bride wore a floral purple dress and they even a real life unicorn for goodness sake. Oh and very the best part? The whole wedding only cost $1500 (AUD). Truly incredible.Read more...

Pixie and Jak didn't want to spent a huge amount to get married, so planned a wedding to reflect their love of pirates (the groom) and gothic elements (the bride) with a budget of £7500. "In the early stages of preparing for our big day, we decided to do it all ourselves", said Pixie, "which meant that we could get the style that is personal to ourselves. It also helped us to keep within the budget."Read more...

Round here, we all know that you don't have to wear white to your wedding - Rock n Roll Bride couples adorn themselves in all colours of the rainbow! Here's a couple that did just that by wearing outfits in warm tones of blue, but the twist was that they asked their guests to be the ones wearing white!
