October 4, 2019

It's that perfect time of year where the temperatures have dropped slightly but it's not yet baltic outside, the colours of the trees are at their most beautiful and Pumpkin Spiced Lattes are a thing again (OK spoiler alert I actually think they're gross but many people don't agree with me!) But MOST OF ALL, I love the weddings that happen in Autumn. Especially when they're low key and full of all the feels.

Love Me Do

October 3, 2019

Amber and Daniel had a September wedding inspired by the New Moon. "We had a New Moon wedding", Amber said. "Originally we couldn’t nail down a date. I am really into the New Moon and the beginnings it brings and I kept being drawn to 9/9/2018, which happened to be the New Moon into Virgo (Dan's astrological sign). Once we chose it, Dan's parents told us that was his grandmother and grandfather's wedding date! It was meant to be!"

Gin and Sake

October 2, 2019

The inspiration behind Lee-Anne and Keegan’s November wedding was a bit of an inside joke - they’d been to Vegas together the previous year and joked around about how fun it would to get married there. They got engaged at the top of a mountain in their homeland of Canada, and while climbing down Lee-Anne said, “So, are we still getting married in Vegas then?” and that was that!

Ali and Robin built their entire June wedding day around their loves and interests, and more than anything - they wanted to bring people together to have fun. They day was heavily influenced by film and music with popcorn on seats for guests and a playlist of their favourite film scores before the ceremony. Through The Woods We Ran

September 17, 2019

Hollie and Adrian wanted their wedding to feel relaxed and just really chilled out. They decided to host their reception in their own back garden which meant they could do exactly what they wanted. The ceremony was held in their local parish church, just a stone's throw from home, which they decorated with all the flowers and foliage! Lusival Junior

September 13, 2019

A decade after they were set up on a blind date, Chris and Stephen married in a Pagan ceremony at The Hamlet Court Hotel in Meath, Ireland on 3rd May 2019. As they are both musicians and go to a lot of concerts together, they wanted a lot of musical influence over the day. Chris originally wanted to get married outdoors, like a 'real Pagan', so they tried to have some woodsy touches too to bring the outside in - and so their weird and wonderful wedding theme was formed!

The Hendrys

September 10, 2019

The Alnwick Treehouse is a one-of-a-kind venue in The Alnwick Garden, Northumberland. Built from sustainably sourced Canadian cedar, Scandinavian redwood and English and Scots pine, it sits high in the treetops in a copse of mature lime trees and looks as if it has been there forever. What a spectacular spot to say your 'I dos'! Liam and Jade knew it was the ideal place for their October 2018 wedding as soon as they saw it.
