Gabriella and Iain wanted a relaxed and rustic wedding. They picked Lower Grange Farm in Kent as their venue. "When planning our wedding we wanted to make sure that it reflected us, rather than following traditional wedding conventions", the bride began. "We wanted our day to be totally relaxed – good food, good music and good people were the three most important things. Kelly and Benjamin knew what they wanted for their wedding right from the start. They wanted an informal day with a festival vibe and lots and lots of colour! "The inspiration for our wedding was just 'let’s be ourselves'", Kelly said. "We've been to so many weddings over the years that all feel the same; a lot of people try and have this fancy formal affair when it really doesn't reflect who they are as people."

Leeanne and Zak wanted a DIY wedding in all senses of the word. Initially they weren't even going to have a professional photographer, but thankfully some friends convinced them otherwise! While this was a bigger expense than they were planning, they were able to counterbalance that with lots of savvy money saving options. The bride's dress was £29 in the Monsoon sale for example! Their ceremony was at Leeds town hall and their reception at Thwaite Mills, an industrial museum, also in Leeds.
