Gigi and Ale's big day deserves big words: This is one of my favourite weddings I've ever seen, ever, and that includes in every outlet and in every Instagram scroll. Samantha and Mike were married in August and they had a few different priorities. They wanted to ensure that they didn't overspend (they rigidly stuck to their £11,000 budget), and they wanted the day to feel like them. They were hitched at Southwick D-Day Memorial Hall, which isn't a licensed wedding venue (so they did the legal bit a few days before) meaning they had a lot of freedom to do what they wanted on the day itself and it only cost them £750 to hire it for the whole weekend!Read more...

Jamie and Michael had two very different wedding celebrations - a small family-focused event in the scorching heat in Malaga and a second a few weeks later, for all the rest of their friends and family back home in Belfast... in the rain! The two events couldn't be more different (the bride even changed her hair colour between the two!) but both felt completely right for them. Robyn and Ash were legally married in Vegas at the Chapel of the Flowers but they wanted to host a big party when they got back to Yorkshire for all their family and friends. The party had a really low key, retro and kitsch vibe, hosted at their local community centre. The flowers came from a local flower market, the cakes were from various supermarkets and the stationery was made by the bride. For their winter wedding, Trixie and Sam were inspired by the resident pigs at their venue, South Farm in Cambridgeshire. As soon as they found out about them they decided that they had to incorporate them into the theme of the day. All the tables were named after different species with their own facts on the table markers. They added a tattoo/ rockabilly element with their choice of cake, place settings and the temporary tattoo station which was a huge hit with the guests.Read more...
