July 9, 2014

Courtney and Nick wanted a day that didn't break the bank. They managed to keep the costs down by shopping in charity shops, accepting help from family and friends and DIYing a lot! They put the flowers together themselves, had a playlist instead of a band or DJ and made their own stationery. Both of their outfits were "lucky finds on the internet". The day was held at Shadowbrook Restaurant in Captiola, California on the bride's birthday (!) and was planned, in the most part, by her mother. She did almost everything herself, from chalk painting the mason jars to making the dessert trays from using vintage plates and tea cups.
