After running a free photography contest on her blog (hint: enter mine!) photographer Laura Ryan was lucky enough to find Rebeca & Martin - two rockers from Boston who wanted her to shoot their red-themed wedding. Rebeca’s dress and Martin’s coat were handmade by her friend who created it for her from a 1950’s pattern and Rebeca even made her own hairpiece. The whole wedding had a old English teatime theme so everyone wore stylish hats, ate finger foods and drank tea to their heart's content in the beautiful historic building of Boston College Club, complete with cascading staircases and baroque style wall paper. Thanks to Laura (a real life rocker who actually has even visited my home town of Reading for the world famous Reading Festival) for sharing this wonderful wedding with us

This stunning vintage shoot was put together by Vicky Rowe ( Styling) of Vintage Teasets, Bella & Fifi and Floriture (flowers), Clifton Cakes and photographer Rosie Parsons. They set up and shot at both Combe House Hotel and Mamhead House near Exeter, Devon. The fashion looks authentic and wonderfully unique. Well done to everyone involved! After the immense Blog Land popularity (in fact bordering on obsession!) of Ben Blood's last wedding (the gorgeous treehouse affair) I was over the moon this morning when Ben sent me his newest triumph for an exclusive an first blog on Rock n Roll Bride! Karley & Scott had a beautiful vintage tea party style wedding complete with genuine vintage finds, a vintage style gown and beautiful yellow shoes.
