Lucie and Tommy's London wedding was inspired by the bride's love of pink, their mutual appreciation for the tropical aesthetic and the 1950s, and London, where the day took place. The bride arrived at Hackney Town Hall in a pink Cadillac, her bridal party all wore pink dresses from Coast and their reception decor was all shades from pastel to fuchsia and everything in between. They served their favourite junk food (burgers and Domino's pizza!) and had one hell of a party!

Both big music fans, Broden and Marnie met at a Jezabels gig in Brisbane. They bonded quickly, geeking out over their mutual music taste, and after exchanging thousands of messaged post-gig, they became a couple. They didn't officially get engaged in the traditional sense. They were apart for a few months (Marnie in London and Broden in Australia) and one night during a marathon five-hour Skype call they just kind of mutually decided that they should get married. Instead of an engagement ring for either of them, they got matching mallard duck tattoos on their chests.

Ahh Lily and Claribell's wedding brings us so much joy!! They were married at My Moon Restaurant in Brooklyn and although they had just $5000 to spend their day was beautiful and so right for them! The theme was a combination of keeping things simple and intimate but with rustic and romantic touches. They wanted to celebrate their day with their closest loved ones and avoid anything to formal or fancy.

Rebecca and Tom had an unusual inspiration for the theme of their wedding day - their own house! “We got engaged in our ‘blue room’,” explained Rebecca, “which is a deep teal and we’ve decorated it with copper accents. We then went wedding venue shopping and saw Wylam Brewery in Newcastle had similar features to our house - blues and greys, parquet flooring, industrial decoration. Tom was also keen to use as much wedding stuff in our house afterwards and because Wylam is a similar age and style to our house, we wanted to make wedding features and decoration that would look fitting in both.

Following this was a pit stop at the groom's tattoo shop for some matching ink, and from the bride's point of view they were done. A decade after they were set up on a blind date, Chris and Stephen married in a Pagan ceremony at The Hamlet Court Hotel in Meath, Ireland on 3rd May 2019. As they are both musicians and go to a lot of concerts together, they wanted a lot of musical influence over the day. Chris originally wanted to get married outdoors, like a 'real Pagan', so they tried to have some woodsy touches too to bring the outside in - and so their weird and wonderful wedding theme was formed!

They ended up staying for two years before returning to England (where Webs is from). However due to visa hold ups and budget constraints, they were married in Philadelphia where Amanda lived before they met.

They were inspired by all the things that love the most: Colour, Star Wars, beer and crafts, and they did oodles of DIY. From the paper flowers to the bouquets, the flower wall to the custom stationery and signs, all of it was homemade.
