Emma and Steven's wanted their wedding to feel personal and very much in sync with their own story. Their theme of "colourful-retro-city-chic" was woven throughout with nods to family, music, and memories. They had their ceremony at The Old Marylebone Town Hall and a casual pub reception, and the bride wore her mother's dress. Claire and Ralph own a small pub, so naturally they got married in a working brewery! With a budget of just £4,000, they pulled off both an intimate family wedding at the registry office, and then a few days later a bit party for everyone else. "We chose to get married around Halloween as it's my favourite time of year", Claire told us, "I also wanted to bring in my love for all things celestial."

Informal Summer Wedding at Asylum Chapel

Jordan and Ed had a wedding in three parts. They had a late start time so the bride could start the day by doing a 5k run (as she does every Saturday). They then had their ceremony at 4pm at Asylum Chapel followed by a 'Great British knees up' style reception at a local pub. Jordan had also bought two outfits - a more traditional dress and a Catherine Deane jumpsuit - and she didn't decide which she was wearing until about 30 minutes before the ceremony!

Ali and Robin built their entire June wedding day around their loves and interests, and more than anything - they wanted to bring people together to have fun. They day was heavily influenced by film and music with popcorn on seats for guests and a playlist of their favourite film scores before the ceremony. Their tables were named after locations in their favourite films, which they then included in a question in the pub quiz they hosted before dinner.
