When the bride's parents live in a pink house, it would be pretty much criminal not to host the wedding there. So, when Laura and Coby married in December last year, they chose the backyard as the location for their ceremony and drinks reception and decked it out with pink, red and sparkly details including iridescent streamer backdrops, disco balls and pink crates with flowers in them!Read more...

This April wedding was a strong female-led affair with both brides being walked down the aisle by their mothers and the cake and flowers being made by Carleigh's. She even surprised them by putting pictures of some of their favourite people on the bouquets - those that had either passed away and were unable to attend their special day. "Carleigh’s bouquet had a photo of her dad, and Sara’s bouquet had a photo of her grandmothers who raised her", they explained.Read more...

You probably already know this, but here at Rock n Roll Bride we are pretty much obsessed with pink, so when Amy and Adam's wedding landed in our submissions inbox we were thrilled! The couple were married at the bride's mum’s house in September and the entire wedding was DIY. Pink was the very obvious theme, but the bride loves Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette, so that was a big reference point for them too,Read more...

nspired by their love of rock music and some of their favourite movie moments, Jenn and Tommy planned a personal, rock 'n' roll and wedding at Galgorm Resort and Spa in Ballymena, Northern Ireland last summer. They opted for quite a 'girly' colour scheme with pinks, peaches and rose gold, but included many things that reflected Tommy too - not least of all a very special guest appearance from Iron Man himself!Read more...

John and Chris toyed with returning to Vegas to get married after getting engaged there in September 2015, but with young family it wouldn't have been practical, so they set about finding the perfect venue for them to be able to give their big day the feel of the glitz and glam of Vegas! Held at Ingliston Country Club in Bishopton outside of Glasgow, they worked with the coordinator there over a three year engagement to create a day that everyone would remember - and a strict ‘no hat, no entry’ policy to boot!Read more...

Bren and Cha's spring wedding in Dublin was all about the fun. They moved between two venues in the city: The country pub, Anglers Rest, for the ceremony and then on to the reception at their favourite nightclub. The Grand Social. The bride paid €50 for her dress in a charity shop and got it customised to suit her style. Chucky and the Bride of Chucky made multiple appearances, and their friends played a huge part in the day from making the bouquet, decorating the reception venue, DJing, to making the wedding cake.Read more...

It usually it takes a couple of months for something to be published on the blog after I receive a submission for a feature (yes, my wait list is huge!) but when Barbie and Kendra's perfect pink pride-filled shoot landed in my inbox yesterday, and in light of the utterly tragic events in Orlando this week, I knew I had to let us skip the queue and feature it as soon as physically possible.Read more...

Ajay and Ejay were married at The Mango Farm in Antipolo, The Philippines. They chose pink and black as their colour scheme, and their theme was a mix of Converse trainers (which they both love) and music! "We wanted to show our different personalities on our wedding day, so we started planning the wedding with just a black and pink theme", said the bride. "Ajay was a rocker before becoming a lawyer and he’s still the vocalist of a rock band, loves wearing black shirts, and listens to Metallica. I, on the other hand, am a girly-girl. I love Hello Kitty and anything pink!"Read more...
