Kat and Brent were married in July after a five and a half year engagement and nine years together! They wanted their wedding to be family focused and relaxed. "Our wedding was a family camping trip with a wedding thrown in the middle of it", explained Kat. "It was a Wes Anderson picnic meets garden party meets Oregonian wedding. Beth and Zac wanted their wedding to be relaxing and described their wedding theme as 'fun, festival like, colourful, DIY and eco-friendly. "I've never really like being the centre of attention, or feeling like I'm causing a fuss (table service in a restaurant is awkward enough for me) and Zac has never been one for formalities. So we both knew we wanted something relaxed and easy going."

Carly and Charlie wanted a woodland wedding with lots of details. They didn't pick out a theme really, they just chose things they liked. "When we started to think about the type of wedding we wanted we agreed we wanted a relaxed day, nothing to stiff or formal", said the bride. "The most important thing to us was being surrounded by our loved ones enjoying themselves. We didn’t want to become obsessed with details that wouldn’t be the lasting memories for our guests."

Savannah Lauren

Seth and Lauren's wedding had a laid back vibe, a budget of just $4000 and lots of lovely homemade details. They planned the day in just three and a half months with lots of help from their friends and family! "I love gold and feathers", said the bride. "I had seen some gold tipped feathers and I took that as our initial idea and ran with it. I have also done some events at work where we covered the tables with butcher paper and used very simple yet beautiful decor like succulents, twine, and tins. It all fit together very well."
