Milica and Aleksandar met in a youth hostel in Belgrade, Serbia, eight years ago. Although they still live there now, they spent last summer in America, mostly in NYC, but also road tripping all over the states. They fell in love with Coney Island and decided to get married there. As they were so far away from home they couldn't have many guests and instead celebrated with a small group of very close friends. But this also meant they had no big expenses and spent less than $500! They are planning another wedding for next year when they are back in Serbia, so they can celebrate with all their families and friends.Read more...

There's been all sorts of uproar in the press about Ariel having given blonde hair (shock horror!) in the Little Mermaid reboot that's set to hit the silver screen in 2017... but imagine if they made Eric a girl! For the photo shoot at the latest Photography Farm workshop, photographer Lisa Devlin knew she needed to do something big. After all, at the last Farm Gareth and I got married again! After seeing Megan and Grant's gorgeous wedding on Rock n Roll Bride, and reading how much Megan loves Disney (and just so happens to resemble a certain crimson haired mermaid) the ideas started bubbling away. She wanted to put a different twist on the mermaid idea though and eventually came across the story of Rusalka, from which The Little Mermaid movie was based. Bonding through their mutual love of Disney, it was more than fitting that Brandon and Ashley were inspired by the happiest place on earth for their wedding. These guys went all out! There's nothing that evokes childlike wonder quite like mermaids. I don't think there's any girl who watched The Little Mermaid as a kid and afterwards didn't wanted to be one...
