Charlotte and Jack's wedding had a really unique location - Southend Pier! The day had a retro theme with Disney references throughout. "Our wedding theme was 'Grease meets the Great British Seaside!'", said the bride. "We were inspired by lots of wedding blogs, especially Rock n Roll Bride! We saw so many couples who had a day that reflected them and that's what inspired us to plan a wedding that people would describe as completely us. Also, we saw so many weddings that looked like they and the guests were having a total blast, so we wanted to have a day full of fun!"

They flew over to Las Vegas to elope, but Sally and Stuart still wanted a party back home in Birmingham to celebrate with their loved ones. "Our wedding was themed around kitsch, Vegas and movies with cheesecake", said the bride. "We had a Las Vegas elopement on Valentine's day because we visited the travel agent on a whim during Christmas and found ourselves with six weeks to organise our outfits! We got married at The Little White Wedding Chapel by Elvis. Our friends and family watched over the internet and when we got back, we promised our family and friends a party so we wanted to bring a bit of Vegas to them."

Afterwards they planned a low-stress village hall reception back home in North Yorkshire with all their friends and family. The Wellbeing Farm in Lancashire was the perfect venue for Christie and Kurt's informal wedding. They have a colour scheme because they wanted something more organic and mismatched. "We tried not to have a proper theme as we thought more mismatched would be better", said the bride. "However a 'no theme' theme was pretty impossible because when you start buying you naturally gravitate towards similar things."

"We were inspired New York!", said Jade. "It was the first place we went on holiday together and we've been back a few times since. We knew it would be the perfect place for us to get married."

Mary and Caio lived next door to each other for twelve years before they had their first date! For their wedding they brought together everything they love; art, music, friends, family, décor and vintage. They had an art gallery of Mary's paintings, an old Volkswagen in the fields, five bands (which had the groom playing in all of them!), friends leading their ceremony, craft beer, décor items from their house... and they partied for nine hours straight!

Amber and Chris were married in October and took inspiration for their wedding from Amber's vintage skull engagement ring. They wanted their wedding to feel old worldly, and described their wedding theme as a 'Memento Mori Romance'. Roughly translated, 'Memento Mori' means 'remember you must die' and Memento Mori jewellery was given to loved ones to remind them that life is fleeting so to live each day to the fullest.

Milica and Aleksandar met in a youth hostel in Belgrade, Serbia, eight years ago. Although they still live there now, they spent last summer in America, mostly in NYC, but also road tripping all over the states. They fell in love with Coney Island and decided to get married there. As they were so far away from home they couldn't have many guests and instead celebrated with a small group of very close friends. But this also meant they had no big expenses and spent less than $500! They are planning another wedding for next year when they are back in Serbia, so they can celebrate with all their families and friends.
