Hannah and Mike postponed their wedding by almost a year due to COVID, finally tying the knot on April 3rd 2021. Although they organised most of it last year so weren't totally sure how much they spent, they know they wanted to keep the day affordable, with their only big cost being entertainment - in fact it was most of the budget! The groom works in the wedding industry so was able to call in favours and have friends make the food and cake, they didn't bother with centrepieces or flowers and they asked their guests to bring their own drinks.Read more...

The favours were guitar picks, magnets, buttons and stickers and were set up like a merch table and the music that played throughout and the reception was a combination of guest requests (which they asked on the RSVP cards) and their own favouritesRead more...

Emily and Jan's boat-access, micro wedding was pure magic. Jan wore a vintage suit while Emily was in a hand-dyed, hand-made red wedding gown. Only their closet family and shaggy dog made the Covid-cut guest list for the day which took place on Slocan Lake in British Columbia. They were wed under a lovingly homemade driftwood arch on a private cliff, which could only be accessed by boat. After the ceremony they ate charcuterie and cliff jumped - perfection!Read more...
