Shoshanna and Zak's brightly coloured, boozy, big kid wedding took place in Brighton in March. They set a budget of £4000 but actually managed to spend a bit less than that. Their reception venue was free! "Our reception was at OhSo Social on Brighton beach and it was FREE! We paid them £1500 for food and drink but they then deducted what we actually spend and gave us the rest back - amazing saving!"

Anne-Marie and Patrick flew out to the Nevada desert for their elopement. They hired Victoria of Flora Pop to officiant their intimate ceremony. "I had been looking at weddings on Rock n Roll Bride for three years!", said the bride, "So I knew I wanted something quirky and with kawaii style for our wedding. We wanted to keep things small and just for us - this definitely wasn't the usual traditional wedding. It was just like we wanted. About two people in love, not about everyone else, just us."

Firefighter’s Wedding in South Africa

Nicola and Joe were married at Mountain View Farm in Cape Town which is a five minute drive from where the bride's parent's live. The couple now live in Abu Dhabi but wanted to return to the bride's home for their wedding. "Our wedding was loving, full and chilled", the bride explained. "We live in the UAE so this was a destination wedding for us, even though my family still lives in South Africa. Joe is from England and so we had a big crowd of our friends from the UK and Abu Dhabi too. As Joe is a firefighter we had to do some photos in the local fire station!"
