This is a bit of a bittersweet feature today as the bride, Kathy, is battling breast cancer and is currently in her final few days. As Kathy's heath had taken a bad turn, and after twelve years together, the couple decided to finally do everything they ever wanted to do with whatever time they have left, including getting married. They were married on 17th May in a day full of love, colour and punk rock!. They planned their utterly bad ass day with just a £2000 budget and a hell of a lot of love and support from all their friends and family.

Married on the bride's family's farm, Levon and Casey had a summer wedding that was full of their favourite things: Colour, dinosaurs and legalised marijuana! Casey designed and made so much for the wedding, even designed own dress. She created the succulent pattern, had it printed and then assembled the dress herself. She used the same patterned fabric for the wedding party's outfits and Levon's tie.

James and Bex go to Glastonbury every single year, but as there was no festival in 2018, they decided they would get married on the same weekend and host their own! The day was held at The Pheasantry Brewery, near their home in Nottinghamshire. As well as making their day feel perfect for them, their family and in particular their children ,were a really important part of the day. Between them they have five kids, two each from previous relationships and the youngest, Frank, together. They even painted Frank's buggy with the pyramid stage and portraits of Michael Eavis and Dave Grohl on it!

After our time at Kurumba I wasn’t sure how the next resort would be able to top it but MY GOODNESS were we in for the shock of our lives. Faarufushi is the newest five-star resort in the Maldives and is located in the less developed and wonderfully remote part of the Raa Atoll. To get there it was a 35-minute internal flight from Malé (to the smallest airport I’ve ever seen!) and then a 15-minute speedboat over to the small coral island of Faarufushi itself.
