Adriene and Shannon wanted an informal wedding so they held their ceremony at Aids Memorial Grove in the Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. It was followed by a picnic reception in the park. One of the most unique and awesome parts of their wedding was the bride's ombre wedding dress, which she made herself by upcycling two second-hand dresses and making them into one!

Kat

January 14, 2014

I have long preached about the virtues of using email templates. Although I'd love to be able to reply to every email I get personally, when you get upwards of 200 of them a day like I do, it's simply not practical or possible. Email templates are a life saver. They will free you from the shackles of your inbox and enable you to reply to messages more efficiently and with less guilt. Of course not every single email you receive can be replied to with a template, but having a stock of them in your arsenal will make your email-life a whole lot easier.

January 12, 2014

It's not often that I feature styled wedding shoots these days, quite simply because I have so many incredible real weddings to share with you! New Year, New Productivity

Kat

January 7, 2014

Time management and productivity tips are littered all over the internet. In fact it might be one of the most searched for topics, but it's still something people always ask me about. As the weddings showcased on this blog show, there are a million different ways to say "I do". A large family gathering, a small DIY affair, or a budget friendly backyard bash - the possibilities are endless. January 6, 2014

Abbie and Chris were married at The Stables in Brinkburn Briory, a unique venue that really helped to set the tone of their day. "I think the venue for us was probably one of the most unique parts of our wedding", Abbie told me. "There hadn't been many weddings before ours there and the derelict building next to the priory has featured on the TV show 'Most Haunted'. It was a beautiful place for pictures."
