Oh. My. God!
I saw these on Wedding Chicks and I had to post them too…these rock my world! The bright colours, the cute couple, the fairground, the tutu. Arrrgh these are amazing..sorry for getting so over-excited and posting a million of these photographs, but I’m afraid it’s impossible for me to choose which ones to post.
You will love these!

Meggi & Josh's engagement shoot may not be the most extravagant shoot I've ever featured but it's certainly one of the most beautiful. Have you ever seen deer so tame?! What gorgeous photographs to remember this special time in their lives.

What a Small World…

I love a shoot with a great story behind it...especially when it revolves around people I know! When bride-to-be Laura checked in on Rock n Roll Bride a few months ago she fell in love with the work of UK photographer, David McNeil. She promptly contacted him to arrange an engagement shoot in Brighton. Her fiance Nick and her turned up on the morning of the shoot, only to discover that unbeknownst to both of the boys, they already knew each other! David and Nick actually used to work together long before David tried his hand at wedding photography and Nick got engaged...but wait the tale gets stranger because when David sent me these images it turns out I used to work with Nick too! What a small world...

Tiffany & Brandon – Embracing the Fun
Kat
March 16, 2011
"We wanted to get pictures that captured our personalities," bride-to-be Tiffany told me. "We began calling around photographers in Orlando and almost all of the photographers that I loved were way over budget. I was very upset, and had to come up with a plan. Since I was a student photographer at one point of my life, I loved having models/couples/babies doing photos for my portfolio, and I usually didn’t charge as much as professionals. So, I posted advertisements at the local art schools and craigslist looking for a student photographer who would like to do our wedding. I received an email from Nick Suivski, student at the University of Central Florida and savior of my wedding."

Autumnal Engagement
Kat
October 5, 2009
Autumn is most definitely here isn't it? Although it's getting colder (and in the UK's case much rainier) we do get some gorgeous colours and light at this time of year. San Francisco based Jerry & Ingrid Yoon were lucky enough to photograph the gorgeous Rosann & Josh frolicking in the autumn leaves for their recently engagement session. These images make me feel all together a little bit less blue about the impending season.
Thanks guys, you certainly put a smile on my face this morning!

Oh yes! How flippin' cool are these guys? With a background in music photography, Steve Gerrard always seems to attract the ultimate Rock n Roll couples and Rom & Will certainly aren't an exception. So cool it hurts.

All the Fun of the Fair

Amy & Darren are a gorgeous, fun and music-loving couple who are getting married this June in the New Forest. The idea for their engagement shoot was just to follow them having fun and sharing the things they love. "We started the shoot at their place in Blackheath, London" photographer Sarah told me "with me shooting from the mezzanine down on them lying amongst a fraction of their 5000-strong record collection, even Martha the cat wanted a piece of the action!"
"Next, we took a trip up the road to take advantage of the gorgeous evening light at the May bank holiday fair on Blackheath, finishing with a stroll through Greenwich Park to the bandstand which holds a romantic significance to them as a couple as it's where they spent a lot of time together when they first started courting."
