David Mielcarek of Project Mad Love was lucky enough to shoot this rock ‘n roll Arizona wedding. Tiff & David are a particularly rockin’ couple as Tiff works for a radio station and David (as in the Groom not the photographer) has been a drummer all his life. I love these guys, they are totally gorgeous and isn’t their wedding location just amazing?!
A huge thank you to Rosalie for sending these to me, and to David M for sending me all the info about this awesome day!

I am crazy in love with Tanya & Mark's amazingly colourful DIY wedding! The event took place in Tanya's parent's backyard in Northampton, PA and totally reflected the couple's quirky, colourful, kitschy nature. They really put 100% of themselves into the day. Tanya made the invitations, the felt flowers, the centrepieces and most of the decorations herself and all of the tables were covered with unique vintage fabric sourced from various places throughout the wedding planning. One of my favourite details had got to be the pink flamingos everywhere though! Tanya says she has a slight obsession with John Waters so this detail was a must!
Tanya found her and her Bridesmaid's dress from Ebay and her amazing red birdcage veil from Events and Occasions. Her shoes were from Modcloth and her red petticoat was found at Unique Vintage.
Thanks to Tanya and Mark for sharing their day and all the gorgeous details with us!

Well that's exactly how I felt the whole way through viewing Jordan and Charley's incredibly stunning desert wedding. Held at Sacred Sands bed and breakfast, this celebration was intimate, carefree and beautiful and they had the photographs to match.

Ahh Big Sur. In the early part of my wedding blogging career I had no idea what this 'Big Sur' was... a magical sounding place that all the other wedding bloggers spoke of so often. And then finally I realised the obsession.
These Californain mountains are picturesque. And overlooking the Pacific ocean. Is it any wonder they're such a popular spot for weddings? Come on English mountains... step it up a bit...

Louisa & Rob’s Music & Car Festival Wedding

"We knew our wedding was going to be slightly different but I guess thats what you get when you try to incorporate cars, music and food, emphasising the feasting and dancing with friends and family rather than the actual ceremony" began bride Louisa. "We both have an affinity with old cars, cars that have been around a while and have a tale to tell so we had no problem finding a wedding car - I had the perfect excuse to use my hotrod, a 1928 Model A Ford. Not wanting to leave his cars out of the fun, Rob decided we should include a mini car show where he and our friends could park up their old cars and in some cases, their beds for the night."

Classic Vintage with a Twist of Awesome

I am really starting to fall head over heels in love with Matt Johnson Photography...and I'm not afraid to admit it! His images are subtle, unobtrusive and captures beautiful weddings with all the justice they deserve. Elodie & Greg's wedding was one I fell in love with as soon as I saw the first frame. Her amazing vintage-inspired outfit, jewellery and so-now white lace gloves make me smile with glee and his rad groom style puts every other groom to shame! The no-jacket/waistcoat look is totally Rock n Roll and looks way-too-cool when matched with his boys in braces. The details of this wedding are to die for - from the birdcages, the white heart motif, the retro 'admissions' sign, the outdoor chandelier. Awesome.
