I still haven’t unpacked from my recent trip, the house is full of boxes of magazines, the bathroom needs a clean, my inbox is bursting, I’m feeling overwhelmed with everything I have to do… but right now I am happy.

I’m happy that this is my life. I’m happy that I have a husband that makes me laugh every single day. I’m happy about the 80s playlist I’m currently listening to. I’m happy that wine exists. I’m happy that I have sequins in wardrobe and pink lipstick in my make up bag. I’m happy that I live in a country where I’m treated as an equal, where I can dress how I damn well please and make my life whatever I want it to be.

Things can feel tough, stressful and super overwhelming at times but don’t forget that you have so much for be happy about!
