After featuring one gorgeous Elizabeth Dye dress today I appear to be on a roll, as photographer Julie Randall just sent me this wedding day shoot and guess which designer the Bride is wearing? For your photographic geeks, this session was shot using “my trusty Hasselblad to get a nice mix of film and digital” For everybody else just stand back and soak in the beauty…
Thanks to Julie for sending me this glorious gorgeousness!
Note: The voting for the NY film shoot winners is hotting up y’all! If you haven’t voted yet then you better get a wriggle on…

Lauren & Matt's started their wedding planning knowing exactly what they wanted: something relaxed, stress-free and fun. They were lucky enough to have a friend whose parents own a farm, so everything else really stemmed from that. Lauren told me all about it. "As soon as we got engaged we knew how we wanted our wedding to be, we just didn't know how to do it! The first and most important thing was to find a photographer. Being a enthusiastic photographer myself, I spent weeks searching for one that she liked, we finally came across Sassy of Assassynation and sent an excited email straight away. She immediately told us to phone her for a chat as we hadn't set a date yet, but when she told us she only had 2 Saturdays free in the 3 months that we were looking at we booked her there and then! Everything else was then planned around her."

"David, an Aussie living in London, met Norwegian Ingrid on a trip to Norway through friends" photographer Ed began. "They hit it off straight away and had a long distance relationship for a while until Ingrid decided to move over to London. They both share a passion for music. Dave is a guitarist and music director and Ingrid is still studying, but sings. One thing led to another and they got married in July 2008 in Ingrid's home town Stavanger, in Norway. It was a fantastic wedding with people from London, Norway and Australia. However, one thing went badly wrong... their photographer lost their entire set of photos (their photographer was not me by the way!) due to a hard disk issue. Ingrid was naturally devastated!"

Lisa & Geoff are awesome. So awesome in fact that my friends over at 100 Layer Cake also realised their awesomeness and have blogged their entire wedding over on their site today. Right here though I'm all about their amazing day after shoot at The California State Fair. I'm pretty sure the fairground photo shoot sinario is one I'm not going to tire of easily - so much colour and fun!
Thanks to the lovely Sarah for sending these in and thanks to Jillian over at 100 Layer Cake for working with me on this feature - be sure to go check out their post asap!
