As you may have seen, two lucky Rock n Roll Bride readers recently won £2000 to spend at Bicester Village, and now it’s your chance to experience the village for yourself! From February 9th to 19th they are hosted a very special bridal event and it’s one you bargain hunters are not going to want to miss!
Home to more than 130 boutiques of leading brands, during this time the village will be bursting with exclusive bridal collections and offers, at the rock bottom prices that Bicester Village is famous for.
Not only will there be 20 newly arrived bridal dress styles at Oscar de la Renta, the boys will be able to receive a free shirt when they purchase a suit at Paul Smith. Anya Hindmarch will be bringing in some of the key pieces from her ‘I love you’ range as well as her ‘Hell yes’ collection, ideal for the more forthright bride. You’ll be able to find your dream dress at Temperley London, bridal shoes from Rupert Sanderson or signature styles at Sergio Rossi, which is offering a further 30% off the Village price! Award-winning botanical beauty brand Liz Earle will be available and there will even be special deals on luggage for the honeymoon, with Samsonite offering three for the price of two on selected pieces!
But this event isn’t just about bargains because you’ll be treated like superstars too. Not only will champagne be being served in the Oscar de la Renta boutique, but there is on-site tailoring available every Friday and Saturday and as free home delivery for all of your purchases!
To celebrate this not-to-be-missed event, Bicester Village has partnered with revolutionary women’s social enterprise, Brides do Good, which will open its first-ever pop-up boutique of pre-owned and sample dresses, with part of the proceeds from being donated to two partner charities – Plan International and Too Young To Wed. Each year, 15 million girls are married before the age of 18; that is 28 girls every minute, 1 every 2 seconds. Selfless and pioneering brides donate their dresses to Brides do Good to pass on their good fortune to young girls around the world with the aim of helping the United Nations’ fight to eradicate child marriage by 2030. If you have a dress you no longer need, you’ll also be able to donate throughout the pop-up too.
With all this in mind, whether you’re a bride on a budget, looking for a fabulous day out with your bridesmaids, or you simply wanting to tick off your list all in one location, Bicester Village is a must-visit. And with more than 130 boutiques, high-quality VIP services and a hospitality offering including Hands-free Shopping, Luggage Drop and multilingual concierge services, there really is no other shopping destination like it!
