Good afternoon from a very snoozy wedding blogger… I flew back to London yesterday but even the premium economy upgrade (don’t believe the lies it’s totally worth it and so much better than flying economy) couldn’t stop me being out for the count until about an hour ago! This latest US jaunt has been non flippin’ stop. Gala, Shauna and I always do this when we get together – we’re so excited to see each other that we schedule in too much and half way through are gagging for a few days of down time.
This past week I was in Minneapolis for a class which was amazing. We were staying with friends who showed us all the best places to visit and experience (as soon as we arrived we were taken out on a pontoon on Lake Minnetonka!) As our workshop fell over Pride weekend we managed to squeeze in some seriously ruckus nights out too! I’ll be writing about both our New York and Minneapolis adventures (and oh boy there were plenty) really soon.
Oh and happy forth of July to my American friends and readers! I kinda wish I’d stayed in the States to experience the festivities first hand but I’m so very happy to be back with Gareth and my kitties, oh how I’ve missed them.
