I am the worst for patience…the actual worst! I want everything now now now. So when I picked the newest issue of Photo Pro Magazine up and saw that not only was my article on one of my favourite photographers, David McNeil featured , but that my Vintage Boudoir shoot with the fabulous Julia Boggio was adoring FOUR whole pages, I literally couldn’t wait to share the scans with you. I hope you likey!
Click on the images to make them bigger and read-able if you want to see what Julia said about me and my posing – Yes I am a big poser. It’s probably best to open in a new tab/window instead of using the lightbox view as I’ve made the scans maaahusive so you can read it easily.
Thanks to Julia for writing such a fantastic article and for taking such aaamazin’ pictures of yours truly. If you are interested in a Vintage Boudoir shoot of your own, they cost £455 and includes hair and make-up, as well as at least two different costume changes, false eyelashes and a pair of vintage stockings. They take place in Wimbledon at Julia Boggio Studios . For more information or to book a session, contact enquiries@juliaboggiostudios.com and check out the website: www.juliaboggiostudios.com

So about 6 months ago I received an email from Wedding Ideas Magazine saying our wedding had been submitted to them as a Real Wedding feature by our photographers English Rose and would we be happy for them to share them. Being the huge poser that I am, of course I said yes. So I picked up a copy of the magazine today and although some of the photographs they chose I don't really like (I think my face looks huge in the pain photograph for example!) and the article is beyond a cheese-fest, it is a little bit exciting to be in print...and can you believe they even called me a Rock Chick...maybe they knew...

II've been obsessed with Made U Look Photography for as long as I've been blogging. Even in the early days they were wonderful to me and allowed me to feature their beautiful weddings as much as possible. Christina, Marielle & Alie are amazing girls, and when Christina and I started whimsically chatting about one day doing a shoot together I knew we'd make it happen somehow!

So here we have it, the final installment of Gala & my frolic around NYC! When Christina & I first starting thinking about shooting in New York there was one place top of both of our lists - The Brooklyn Bridge! Iconic the world over, nothing screams New York more than this structure... or the amazing views from it!
After a slightly hair-raising cab ride through China Town and over the Manhattan Bridge, we arrived in Brooklyn and proceeded to walk the 1.1 miles over the East River towards Manhattan.

For the third and final setting of the Las Vegas Lovers shoot, Gala, Nubby & I wanted to get a little mean & moody...and that meant monochrome, silver and something a bit more dramatic! We moved from our beloved Ghost Town (Nubby & I have since decided we might take up residence there...just as long as someone can sort out some interwebz for us please...) and ambled towards a good-looking piece of desert.
