There’s nothing more dramatic than a coloured bridal gown and this amazing ‘Rock my Dress’ bridal shoot by Yorkshire based photographer Mark Tierney certainly proves this point. Isn’t that landscape just incredible!? I feel inspired just looking at these…
Her dress was from Francesca in Sheffield .
Thanks to Mark for adding a splash of colour (and drama) to today’s proceedings

If you're a regular reader of Rock n Roll Bride I'm sure you'll already be aware of the amazing Emma Case (she shot the image that I'm currently using as my blog header/my 'Punk Rock n Roll Bride' shoot) and Lucy Ledger Designs. Lucy makes gorgeously creative vintage-inspired stationary (I've also been lucky enough to feature her before as well as meet her in actual real life!) After Lucy saw Emma's work on Rock n Roll Bride she got in touch asking if they could get together to do a promotional shoot for her vintage stationary company. Hello!? A Macabre Sweeney Todd Inspired Wedding Shoot: Amy & Paul

Assassynation

I'm not going to lie, I'm a little freaked out by this shoot... in fact I'm damn right scared. I don't think I'd like to get stuck in a dark alley with this pair as lovely as I bet they are when they're not covered in fake blood. Amy & Paul went all out with this post-wedding shoot - murder, fake blood, suicide and all!
Warning: this baby is not for the faint hearted. I'm under no disillusion that not everybody is going to like or 'get' this. But Paul & Amy do and really, that's all that matters isn't it?!

Åsa & Daniel’s Vintage-Find, Barcelona Shoot
Kat
November 24, 2010
Åsa & Daniel's Barcelona photo shoot was all about the details, "because to me it's the little details that make the huge difference and I wanted to show them those little details" Spanish photographer Inés explained. The original theme and idea for this shoot came from Inés herself to show couples that capturing the personal details and portraits beautifully is what's super important in wedding photography - even if that means dressing up again for a post-wedding shoot - the perfect excuse if you ask me!
