Good Morning and a happy snoozy Sunday to everybody (although, this Sunday will not be so snoozy for me – gym, lunch at the parents’ and a huge load of new amazing weddings to post.)
You see, I discovered We Heart It late last night, and omg their are so many amazing images on that site! If you haven’t been there before, click yourself over there sharpish – but not before you check out this amazing Polaroid shots by Taiwanese photographer Bookcan . I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, I adore Polaroids. I wish I had one. There is something so special and genuine about a Polaroid photograph.

A Farm Wedding with Fancy Dress, Fun & Frolics: Lauren & Matt

August 31, 2012
Lauren & Matt's started their wedding planning knowing exactly what they wanted: something relaxed, stress-free and fun. They were lucky enough to have a friend whose parents own a farm, so everything else really stemmed from that. Lauren told me all about it. "As soon as we got engaged we knew how we wanted our wedding to be, we just didn't know how to do it! The first and most important thing was to find a photographer. Being a enthusiastic photographer myself, I spent weeks searching for one that she liked, we finally came across Sassy of Assassynation and sent an excited email straight away. She immediately told us to phone her for a chat as we hadn't set a date yet, but when she told us she only had 2 Saturdays free in the 3 months that we were looking at we booked her there and then! Everything else was then planned around her."

Dave is a guitarist and music director and Ingrid is still studying, but sings. One thing led to another and they got married in July 2008 in Ingrid's home town Stavanger, in Norway. It was a fantastic wedding with people from London, Norway and Australia. However, one thing went badly wrong... their photographer lost their entire set of photos (their photographer was not me by the way!) due to a hard disk issue. Ingrid was naturally devastated!"

Whenever the sun shines in London about 80% of the population speculate going to the beach and Brighton is usually the first port of call. It's quirky, it's quaint, it's nostalgic, it's hilariously British and it has a killer night life! So when it came for Charlie & Ross to have their 'Cherish the Dress' wedding shoot, where better to descend then this wonderful beach location!? The couple actually got married in December so they thought the juxtapositionof having some lovely, warming, outdoor shots would be absolutely perfecto.
